Indulgence in Hattorf am Harz

We are a house with a long family tradition!

Master butcher Hans Trüter founded the family business in Osterode as early as 1603. Since then, the business has been passed down from generation to generation and lovingly managed.

Later, the family moved to Hattorf and expanded to include an inn. In 1999, the hotel was added on.

The shop sales of our butchery were discontinued in 2009 for reasons of age. However, our senior boss, master butcher Wilhelm Trüter, still produces his own sausages, which you can also buy from us.

Now the business is run with heart and soul by Andreas Franz as head chef and his wife Daniela Trüter-Franz.
